Ukraine Action Summit Student Travel Stipend

The American Coalition for Ukraine is holding the third Ukraine Action Summit in Washington, D.C. on October 22-24, 2023. The coalition invites individuals and organizations — from within as well as beyond the Ukrainian community — who are invested in advocating our elected officials to continue helping Ukraine to prevail against the Russian invasion.
The Summit will consist of panel discussions, a collaborative advocacy training and Congressional meetings on Capitol Hill. Please make sure to register for the Summit through the registration form here. Registration is free for students.
The Ukraine on Campus project, through the support of Razom for Ukraine, is pleased to be able to offer travel stipends to students looking to attend the Summit. Travel grants are available to partially offset the costs of Summit attendance.
A preliminary UAS program can be found here, which will be supplemented by additional programming for student engagement and advocacy.

Candidate with no prior experience advocating in D.C. are highly encouraged to apply.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in an accredited university degree program
Able to travel to Washington D.C. for the duration of the Summit (October 22-24, 2023)
The ideal candidate is...
A self-starter familiar with U.S. policy on Ukraine
Outspoken on issues around Ukraine and able to articulate the needs of Ukraine today eloquently
Able to transfer the experience to their activities on campus post-Summit and further engage their communities in championing Ukraine
